Lake Central Track competed at the Indoor State meet at Indiana University in Bloomington. Notable performances came from Antonio Pavloski (12) (4×2 and 4×4), Anthony Giles (11) (4×2), Quincy Tribble(10)(4×2), Joshua Benson (12) (4×2) (4×4), De’Shaun Fort (10) (4×4), Nicholas Lucas (12) (4×4), Meghan Long (10) (Long Jump placing 3rd in the state), Sarah Hunsley (12) (3200 meter race and placing 4th in the state) and Katie Rusiniak (11) (Long Jump and placing eighth in the state). The boys next meet is scheduled for April 11 at home. The girls next meet is scheduled for April 11 at Merrillville High School.
