Jonathan Guzman (10) and Dan Guzman (11) were struck by a car while walking home from school yesterday at 5:36 p.m. at 85th and Parrish avenues.
Jonathan was flown to the University of Chicago Comer Children’s Hospital, but died at 2:30 a.m. due to head trauma. Dan received minor injuries and is in stable condition.
Guidance counselors are available in the library today for any students or staff members who would like to meet and share thoughts or feelings.
Funeral arrangements will be posted as soon as they are available.
