Ana Hallowell (10) and Nicole Geer (10) listen to Mrs. Becich share the club agenda. They plan to earn many service hours through participating in the club.

Members of N-Teens met in the LGI room on Sept. 25 to discuss fall activities.

“We talked about future volunteer opportunities, including the Covered Bridge Harvest Festival, the St. Jude Walk, and the NWI Light the Night Walk,” Nicole Geer (10) said.

Club sponsor, Mrs. Kelsey Becich, English, explained the opportunities and invited students to sign up.

“[At the Covered Bridge Harvest Festival we] help little kids have fun,” Alexis Wilkes (10) said.

Winter Formal was another topic discussed at the meeting.

“[We talk about] what the theme should be, center pieces, [and] decorations,” Payal Bhatt (10) said.

The next meeting will be held on Oct. 14 in the LGI. Students who want to participate in the club should turn in their applications, dues and drug testing consent forms by Sept. 30.
